First Semester Reflection

I learned a lot in the first semester of the year. I learned how to manage my time better, which was very important going into the second semester. I have always struggled with time management and getting everything in on time, but this semester I really got it together and was able to do some pretty amazing work in most of my classes. I learned how to get difficult assignments done and submitted on time. In middle school, there were very few assignments that really challenged me, but so far in high school, most of my assignments have been at least somewhat challenging. Because of this, however, I learned that I can always get things done if I really work hard and put my mind to it, and I can even get them done on time with some proper time management. This semester taught me that communication is key when it comes to teachers. I learned how to communicate well with teachers and how to make sure we are on the same page.

In the spring semester, I hope to continue having strong work. Additionally, I would like to improve in the areas that I am not so strong in. I hope to have even better grades this semester than I did first semester. I plan to really put my all into every assignment that I have, and strive to only turn in A work. I would love to have an all A report card this semester, but realistically, my goal is to have three As and two Bs at the end of the semester. I will achieve this by continuing to manage my time well, turning in my best work, and communicating with my teachers when necessary.
